Emerald Palms seeks a Dive Master/Instructor for South Andros Island in the Bahamas. Central activities include snorkeling and scuba diving with emphasis on conservation and education.
Successful applicants will be self-motivated, have excellent navigation skills, general diving and rescue skills, strong swimming ability, proficient snorkeling abilities and dedication to ensuring visitors have the best experience possible. Applicant must be able to work with a diverse team of other crew members in a variety of roles – both leadership and support. Communication skills are required.

- Your dive experience – number of dives, locations, conditions
- Instructor certification date and how many students in each category you have certified (Instructors only); Dive Masters should include the courses they have assisted including Discover Scuba Experiences.
- Your experience in guiding divers and supervising/controlling tours – locations, group sizes/composites, duties
- Any special skills you have that you believe would be of benefit to our operation – ie servicing, computer, mechanical etc
